The flow
From order placed to kitchen ticket — in under 10 seconds
Customer places an order
Via your Shopify website, a QR code scanned at their table, or a staff member at the counter. All channels feed into one unified queue.
Shopify fires a webhook instantly
The moment an order is created, Shopify sends a secure, HMAC-signed notification to your Rest-O-Pi OS server. Fraudulent requests are blocked automatically.
Kitchen ticket prints automatically
The Raspberry Pi server formats the order with all items, modifiers, table number, and special instructions — then sends it to your Epson thermal printer. No one clicks anything.
KDS displays the live order board
The kitchen iPad shows all active orders colour-coded by status. New orders trigger a sound alert. Staff tap to move orders from New → Preparing → Ready.
Fulfilment synced to Shopify
One tap on the KDS marks the order fulfilled in Shopify via the Admin API. Inventory, reports, and customer notifications all update in real time.
Remote monitoring if anything needs attention
Raspberry Pi Connect lets you SSH into the server from any browser, anywhere. Check logs, restart the server, or update settings — no need to be on-site.
